    The Ink Waste Absorber is a wearable item in your printer that is responsible for collecting all excess ink. This part should be replaced when it is no longer white and 75% saturated. If the ink waste absorber reaches total saturation without being checked, an ink leak will begin to occur until the Ink Waste Absorber is changed. The Ink Absorber is compatible with the Afinia L701, Afinia L801, Afinia L801 Plus, Afinia L901, Afinia L901 Plus, Afinia CP950 Digital Packaging Printer, Afinia DLP-2100, Afinia FP-230 Flex Pack Press, Colordyne 1600C, Colordyne 1600S, Colordyne 1800C, and the Colordyne 1800S.
